Billing Specialist
Taylor manages all billing operations for iMed Supply. She serves as the primary contact for ADvantage Case Managers and addresses any escalated issues that reach the Advantage Waiver Medical Services Unit. Additionally, she consistently collaborates with Case Managers to educate them about state requirements related to Durable Medical Equipment (DME) guidelines. Her dedication and expertise have earned her the respect and trust of her colleagues and partners alike. Taylor's proactive approach involves staying updated on the latest regulatory changes and ensuring that the team is well-prepared to adapt to new challenges. She frequently organizes training sessions to share valuable insights and streamline processes, making the billing operations more efficient.

ADvantage Waiver Specialist
Process Coordinator/Supervisor
April brings over a decade of experience in the ADvantage Waiver Program. Her profound understanding of the program's requirements makes her an invaluable asset to iMed. Alongside her genuine compassion for the individuals we serve, she plays a crucial role within our organization.
April manages the entire order process, from the initial creation of a new order to its final state approval, ensuring every aspect of the workflow is handled efficiently.
She offers unwavering support to the processing staff. With her strategic insight and attention to detail, April ensures that each order is processed accurately and timely, maintaining the highest standards of quality and care. Her collaborative approach fosters a supportive and cohesive work environment, encouraging team members to excel and grow.

Prior Authorization Specialist
Rachel manages the final stage of the ordering process by submitting the necessary paperwork for a Prior Authorization, which is crucial for those awaiting essential supplies and equipment. She works closely with OHCA to obtain approval. For many individuals, lacking these supplies and equipment would mean having to transition into a Nursing Facility. Reviewing all necessary paperwork and medical records supplied by physicians.
Ensuring that every guideline is adhered to and that the order meets all requirements before submitting the Prior Authorization. With her keen attention to detail and thorough understanding of the regulations, Rachel meticulously checks each document to ensure completeness and accuracy. She collaborates with healthcare professionals to clarify any uncertainties and to gather additional information if needed. This diligence not only helps streamline the process but also significantly reduces the chance of delays or denials.
Rachel’s dedication is driven by her empathy and commitment to improving the lives of those she serves. Bobbie plays a key role in collaborating with Case Managers and Physicians' offices to initiate the New Order Process. With a strong commitment to caring for others, she manages every aspect of a new order. From coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete, Bobbie's attention to detail is unparalleled. Her empathetic nature and dedication to service mean that patients feel supported and valued throughout the process. Bobbie also takes the time to address any questions or concerns, making sure that each order is tailored to meet the specific needs of the patient. Her proactive approach and excellent communication skills have earned her the respect and trust of her colleagues and clients alike. Retail Manager
iMed Alert Systems
Evan completed his studies at The University of Oklahoma in 2022 while overseeing iMedEquip, our retail store in Norman.
Currently, he manages the inventory and retail operations that have now moved to our Moore location, in addition to overseeing all activities at iMed Alert Systems.
With eleven years of retail management experience, Evan is dedicated to fulfilling customer needs. If we do not carry a specific product, he takes the initiative to research and find suitable alternatives for our customers.
He is meticulous and takes great pride in all his work. Regardless of whether it’s his expertise in Lift Chairs or assisting a customer in resolving an issue with an Electric Scooter, he is well-informed and dedicated to taking the time to address all your inquiries.

Follow Up Coordinator
She plays a crucial role in following up with the physicians' offices to get the required paperwork back so we can submit Prior Authorizations. This role can often be quite challenging!
However, she has embraced this responsibility and has successfully built some strong relationships with some of the busiest and most demanding physicians offices.
Thanks to her efforts, she is now on a first-name basis with them, leading to a more efficient process in obtaining what we need in a timely manner. This is key to getting them members what they need as quickly as possible and that is our goal!

Information Coordinator
Makayla plays an essential role in collaborating with Case Managers and Physicians' offices to initiate the New Order Process.
She meticulously oversees every aspect of a new order, coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure that all necessary documentation is both accurate and complete. Makayla’s keen attention to detail is unparalleled. Her effective communication skills allow her to swiftly identify and resolve potential issues, thereby minimizing delays and enhancing patient care. Makayla’s commitment to her work not only streamlines the process but also fosters strong relationships with all those involved in the New Order Process. She continues to utilize her skills and passion for helping others.
Information Coordinator
New Business Development/ Case Manager/Physician Liaison
Gina has been with iMed since 2006 and has had many rolls throughout the years. She began her journey at iMed processing orders, creating and implementing the companies Policy and Procedures from scratch, started and maintained compliance with Accreditation through HQAA, created and conducted new employee orientations, and continued to be the contact person for ADvantage Case Managers and their consumers. In 2012, her role shifted to marketing and new business development. Utilizing her vast knowledge of the Advantage Waiver Program, she continues to assist Case Managers and consumers with product selections, educating people about the latest changes in the Advantage Program as well as in the State Legislature and policy changes related to senior care, and continues to assist in the office whenever needed. Gina is also a lead executive and participates in all aspects of iMed and our continued success.

Delivery / Installation Specialist
Mark Harkins joined our team in 2024, and we are thankful for his continued commitment.
Mark possesses extensive experience and a keen eye for detail, which makes him essential in ensuring that all our deliveries and installations run seamlessly and efficiently.
After his retirement, he joined our team to contribute to the community. We are grateful to have him with us, as he embodies the same values and compassion that we uphold at iMed Supply.

Brian completed his studies at The University of Oklahoma in 2003 and launched iMed Supply in 2004. He serves on the Board of Advisors for the Price College of Business.
In 2014, he established iMed Alert Systems and is also actively engaged in his property management venture, Maple Tree Properties.
In 2005, Brian started his journey as a provider for the Advantage Waiver Program, a role he has passionately embraced ever since. As an alumnus of Moore High School, Brian is an active member of the Moore Chamber of Commerce and a dedicated supporter of the Moore Community.
As an involved owner, Brian has cultivated a workplace that prioritizes employee well-being, and he takes pride in being a vital part of the team.
Brian attributes the success of his businesses to the teamwork cultivated over the years.
